• Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for defective or incorrect products delivered.

• Customers must raise a refund request within 1 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 3-4 Business Days after verification and approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or special-order products.

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

• Clearance or discounted items unless defective.
